Showed me how to manage my pain. Good, simple exercises for me to follow. Massages that have relieved the pain and discomfort. Good recommendations for pain relief and how to manage my pain.

Everything fully explained very clearly. Gave me an understanding of my joint problem and what I need to do to improve and maintain the improvement. Useful exercises given and referral made for further help and improvement.

Gemma treated me with kindness and patience and did her very best to help me. She is a credit to the NHS. She has shown me exercises that I can easily do at home which I feel have already help=ed. From Jenny the receptionist to Gemma, the whole experience is to be commended.
